RAIDs are quoted on a case by case
basis, but are made up from the ranges as above. (ie.
One drive in 3 drive array has head problem, rest are okay
– quote $1500 - $3500 for head replacement, plus 2 drives
at $600 - $1800 for array reconstruction)
Student jobs are flat fee of
$500. T-shirt of school required for
‘Wall of Fame’.
*A copy of student card is required and
only student data will be recovered. No commissions will be
paid on Student jobs
GST is 10% on all final quotes.
The easiest, most cost effective way for you to quickly have your
data returned to you is to contact us and explain what happened
to your data. You then carefully wrap the drive in a static bag
or clean printer paper, (ONLY the drive not the computer) and place
it and a self address pre-paid postage pack and send it to us.
Once the lab has the hard drive they will test
it, then tell you if you're data can be recovered or not, then give
you a phone call.
-
If the data can be recovered you will be given a quote
and asked to decide if you would like to go ahead with the job.
-
If it can't be recovered it will be sent directly back to
you no charge.
